Last Thursday, I ran out of gas on the Autobahn in Alsdorf, Germany...just 4km short of the next gas station (I found out later) and so ...5 days and €1000 later I’m still here. First problem with the obvious scam between the two cops that stopped me and this tow truck company, so I had to stay to sue them to get my car back, as I never wanted it towed. I wanted 5 liters of gas! The police ignored me, called their friend who when he tried to load the car and I tried to stop him, he pushed me and said out of the way! When I said do not put my car (and trailer) on your truck, he looked and smiled and said, (in English) “Sorry, I don’t speak English! AND HE LOADED MY CAR ON HIS TRUCK & dragged thevtraimer behind and drove 4km to his yard and unloaded it then wanted to charge me over 3000SEK, 10X the charge for 15 minutes work I tried to stop. NOTE: I have videos posted already. in Sweden, all tow trucks carry at least 10 liters with them always. They would have charged me only 50kr/liter (3X the pump price) and I would have been on my way. While there my battery was low from being stranded 8 hours from 3-11PM before the police even came.

It was a holiday week and courts closed so I couldn’t file the lawsuit till yesterday, which, as a lawyer of record I did.

so I get a free ticket from officialphilcollins Team for a concert an hour away in Cologne and go to it Saturday night sleep over for a meeting with them the following day and return back to Aachen (Alsdorf’s big sister and home of the court. Because it’s Sunday and every store in town is closed, except in the Rail station where they had a Rossmans convenience store. Almost €20 later I leave the store and go right out in front of the terminal, where Inencounter a homeless man on a long 20 meter 2-sided bench and give him the change from the €20. I put my bag down to take some pictures that I’ll post later, then turn around and both homeless guy and my bag with wallet in it are gone.
So , now no ID, no drivers license, no bank card with all the money and no way to get at my money anywhere without ID!

At least I’m now working on a 2 week boutique tour like I created for Coldplay & Shakira.
